Instrument Introduction
Dekati PM-10 is a third-order impactor that determines the particle size distribution of particulate matter through aerodynamics. Choose the appropriate impact gauge boundary point to ensure PM10、The particulate matter concentrations of PM2.5 and PM1.0 can be measured simultaneously. The particulate matter will be collected on a 25mm substrate and can be subjected to specific gravity analysis or chemical analysis after measurement. When the flow rate is 10、Both Dekati PM-10 can be used at 20 and 30 ppm. Dekati PM-10 can be applied in various scenarios, including atmospheric aerosol measurement and combustion measurement. PM-10thoroughfareThe accessories of the hammer include the hammer heater、The dust collection plate and pump assembly form a complete measurement system.
Working principle
The Dekati PM-10 is a series impactor that selectively collects particles of different sizes. Each impactor is a device with two collinear disks, one of which has a small nozzle. The aerosol sample passes through this nozzle at a high speed and makes a sudden turn with the airflow between the two plates. Due to the large inertia of the particles, they were unable to move with the airflow and instead collided with the second layer board. Some smaller particles remain in the airflow due to their lower inertia.
The definition of the diameter boundary point of an impact gauge is based on its collection rate for particles of a certain diameterAt 50%, define this diameter as the boundary point. The disc with a nozzle inside the impactor is called a spray disc, and the other is called a collection disc. The series impactor includes several continuous impact plates with decreasing cross-sectional areas.
The Dekati PM-10 impact tester has four series connected impact plates: 10 μ m、2.5μm、1.0 μ m and one filter. The auxiliary filter below the impactor will collect all particles with a diameter less than 1.0 μ m. On the third stage PM10, the last impact plate is replaced by a collection box. In this mode, an additional filter collects all particles with a diameter less than 2.5 μ m, and the particle size distribution is determined by weighing the mass of particles that impact each plate, or by analyzing the chemical composition of the particles.
application
The nominal values of each level of the impact tester are10、2.5、At 1.0 micron, there is a sudden reduction in diameter (D50%), and its 25mm diameter dust collection sheet and 47mm fully post filter are perfectly combined for subsequent chemical analysis.
The application range of Dekati PM-10 impact tester is very wide. It is often used in the measurement of particles generated during combustion, such as flue gas measurement, and also in the measurement of atmospheric aerosols.
